The Puckered Peach isn’t kidding around. We actually had to wear masks while making it. This marmalade has some serious kick, but the sweet southern peaches make you want to go back for more. Our favorite way to enjoy this is with cream cheese and crackers, or using it as a base for barbeque sauce.
Our take on a great summer cocktail, Fuzzy Navel Marmalade takes peach jam, candied orange peels, and sweet meyer lemons to make a refreshing spread on toast or crackers, and pairs well with a brie, camembert, or blue cheese.
Its always a blast to work with other local backyard growers, and this custom batch of fig marmalade was no exception! With a nice lemon-forward kick to accent the delicate fig flavor, this marmalade pairs with just about anything. While Will Smith has never actually had this jelly, we’re pretty sure he would give it his stamp of approval nonetheless.
